Copyright Infringement Notice and Notice Regime Requests

How To Report Alleged Copyright Infringements on Our Website

EvergreenLayers.com is committed to supporting creativity and artistic expression through fan art while respecting the intellectual property rights of others. Our content is typically based on fan art, which, in many cases, falls under fair use or fair dealing provisions of copyright law. However, we understand that some instances may arise where copyrighted material is unintentionally infringed upon.

In accordance with the Canadian Copyright Act’s Notice and Notice Regime, we have adopted a policy to address notices of alleged copyright infringement on our Website by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Please note that the Notice and Notice Regime is applicable in cases where the fan art does not fall under fair use or fair dealing provisions, and the copyright holder believes their rights have been infringed upon.

  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
